Pikin Bizness - bringing smile and hope to children in Sierra Leone

By logging onto Pikin Bizness today, you have shown that you have a heart to reach out and give to children who may never get the chance to say ‘Thank you’ in person. On their behalf we would like to say ‘Thank you’.

Pikin Bizness is a non-profit, charity-based organization formed in 2001 to meet the needs of the underprivileged children of Sierra leone. After the brutal 10 year Rebel War that ravaged and tore Sierra Leone apart, women and children were left most affected and unfortunately least attended to in terms of rehabilitation and reconstruction of their lives.

There was a need for immediate intervention to the lives of children in order to help secure a better and more productive Sierra Leone. As a result three people from the private sector: Adonis Abboud, Shellac Sonny Davies, and Barbara Bangura came together in January 2001 and launched Pikin Bizness.
